The View from the Top

Luke 9:28-43

And while he was praying, the appearance of his face changed, and his clothes became dazzling white.

Reflect: Consider some of the mountain top experiences of your life. What was the mountain you climbed to get there? How did your perspective, your life, your faith change at the top of the mountain? Did you come down and share your experience? Did you come down changed? Have you lived as a changed person since then?

Reflect and Practice: Are there places in your life where you have remained on the mountain top? Have you been too comfortable and content to come down from the mountain and do something? How has the mountain changed you? What do you need to do to come down and live your life as a transformed disciple of Christ? Whatever that is, do it this week!
