Annual Congregational Meeting Sunday
Pastor Jason This Sunday, November 24, Hood MCC will hold our Annual Congregational Business Meeting directly after worship. There are four (4) items which members of the church will be asked to approve and/or affirm:
1) New Deacons, Elders and Church Board Officers for 2020
2) 2020 Church Budget
3) Membership Changes to Church Constitution
4) Ministry Structure Changes to Church Bylaws
Below are the proposed Membership Changes to the Church Constitution and the Ministry Structure Changes to the Church Bylaws. These two documents have been approved unanimously by the Church Board.
The Membership and Ministry Structure documents were made available via printed copies during worship in October prior to the Board approving them. Since we will be voting on these as a congregation this coming Sunday, we are making these available online this week. Please read, review, pray, and discern in preparation for Sunday’s Congregational Meeting.

**Christmas Poinsettias – You are invited to participate in the decoration of Hood MCC for Christmas by purchasing poinsettias in honor or memory of a loved one to be placed in the sanctuary on Sunday, December 1st. Deadline for orders is Sunday, November 24th. Please include payment with order (checks payable to Hood MCC, with poinsettia in memo.) 6 inch poinsettias are $7.00 each.
