Ash Wednesday

By the sweat of your brow

    you will eat your food

until you return to the ground,

    since from it you were taken;

for dust you are

    and to dust you will return.

Genesis 3:19

This Wednesday we will begin our journey of Lent together during our Ash Wednesday service. Join us Wednesday in the Chapel at 6:00 pm. We will celebrate the Lord’s Table and practice the imposition of ashes. We recognize our mortality and begin an inward journey with God as we place the sign of the cross on our foreheads.
