On a scale of 1 to 10, how stressed are you? (1 is almost no stress and 10 is so stressed you are comatose.) Write down or circle the number.

Now, think about how well do you handle stress. If you were watching yourself on a daily basis, how would you grade yourself on how well you handle stress? Write down or circle the letter grade you would give yourself.

Why did you give yourself this grade? Are you being hard on yourself or lenient on yourself with the grade?
How can you relieve stress in a positive way to get a better grade? Think about all kinds of things that could help relieve stress: physical activity, talking to someone, self-care, spiritual guidance, taking control of something in your life, letting go of something in your life, etc… Write down at least 3 answers and spend some time talking to God about these things today.
God’s Words for This Week
